Arbitration Bill [HL] 2024-25
The Arbitration Bill [HL] 2024-25 will be scrutinised by a committee of the whole House on 11 February 2025. The bill would amend the Arbitration Act 1996 in accordance with recommendations made by the Law Commission.

On Thursday 15 November 2012 the first ever elections for Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) took place in England and Wales, outside of London. The Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 replaced police authorities with directly elected PCCs. The 41 police areas each elected one PCC. The Data (Use and Access) Bill [HL] is scheduled to have its second reading in the House of Commons on 12 February 2025.
There will be a Westminster Hall debate on rural crime on 27 February 2025. The debate will be opened by Ben Maguire MP.
