Future of the West Coast Mainline
There will be a Westminster Hall debate on the future of the West Coast Main Line on Tuesday 15 July at 2:30pm. The debate will be led by Connor Naismith MP (Lab, Crewe and Nantwich)

The Railways (minimum service levels) Bill 2019-20 was announced in the Queen’s Speech on 19 December 2019 No date is yet available for second reading.
The Library will produce a briefing or material for the second reading debate and this page will be updated when it is made available.
The second reading paper may be updated as the Bill goes through Parliament; alternatively additional papers will be added to this page to reflect the Bill’s progress.
