Application of TUPE to Carillion workers

Eleanor Smith MP has secured a Westminster Hall debate on the application of the Transfer of Undertakings and Protection of Employment Regulations 2006 (TUPE) to Carillion workers.  The debate will take place at 2.30pm, 21 February 2018.
