Fire Safety Bill 2019-2021

The Fire Safety Bill was introduced to amend the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. It aims to make it clearer where responsibility for fire safety lies in buildings containing more than one home. The House of Commons will consider Lords amendments to the Bill on 27 April 2021.
